At Store Hellstar, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
The return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order
You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

Used, washed, or damaged items (unless the item arrived damaged or faulty)
Items explicitly marked as final sale or clearance
Gift cards

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@store-hellstar.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and reason for the return.
We will respond with return instructions.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account.
Then contact your bank or credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@store-hellstar.com.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
